Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Hydrascale Technologies LLC ("Nuvia," "we," "us") at getnuvia.co. We ship to consumers in the EU/EEA.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after the daily cut-off or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

After processing, estimated delivery is typically 3–8 business days within the EU/EEA, depending on the destination country and carrier. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the EU/EEA costs €1.99–€3.99, depending on the destination country. The exact delivery charge for your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and is included in your total. We may run free-shipping promotions from time to time.

Customs, import VAT, and duties

Confirm your setup — this section depends on where you ship from.

If your order is shipped to the EU from outside the EU (e.g., from the United States), it may be subject to import VAT and/or customs duties.

  • Where we collect VAT at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme (for consignments up to €150), no further VAT should be due on delivery. [Confirm IOSS registration / number with your fulfilment partner.]
  • Otherwise, import VAT, duties, and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any such charges will be made clear before you complete your order to the extent required by law.

If you fulfil from within the EU, state the dispatch country here and remove the import-VAT paragraph.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email a confirmation with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes may not be possible once an order is processing.

Lost or damaged shipments

Risk passes to you on delivery. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@getnuvia.co within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will help resolve it. This does not affect your statutory rights (see our Terms and Right of Withdrawal & Refunds policy).
